Appointment Cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled only 1 day (date wise) before the set date and time by the patient online, however the appointments can be cancelled at any time by the call centre team / registration desk.
No cancellation charge will be taken from the patient.
Returns
Only the sealed and packed (branded) medicines are eligible for return and refund. Loose powder or liquid or if bottle is opened or used, return will not be accepted.
Apply for Return/Refund
Send your refund & cancellation request at jogiayurved@gmail.com, our team will verify your request for eligibility criteria and revert back to you. On successful acceptance of your valid request, refund will be processed & amount will be refunded to original payment method within 7 to 15 working days depending on the payment method used.
